Any delivery estimate shown on the website is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery time may vary by destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control.
Shipping charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, are shown in the cart or checkout before payment. Where the website displays free delivery for an order/item, no separate standard shipping charge is added for that displayed offer.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and reachable mobile number. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay or prevent delivery.
Delivery issues
